Blends: Fiddlehead Espresso-Dark Roast - Deep dark, fruity and "caramely" with hints of dark chocolate, that is versatile enough to be served as straight espresso, in a latte or your favorite filtered brew. We ony use 100% fair trade and organic certified coffee for this blend.
Fiddlehead Medium-Dark Roast - Smooth, medium bodied blend with hints of citrus, floral, nuts, and a bit of chocolate. We only use 100% fair trade and organic certified coffee for this blend.
Single Origin: Ethiopian Harrar - A strong dry edge, winey to fruit like acidity, and heavy body with a rich, intense aroma of blueberries and blackberries. Fair Trade and Organic Certified.
Nicaragua - UCOSEMUN - From the northwestern region of Nicaragua. Certified organic and Fair Trade, this coffee has bold, super intense fruits, chocolate, rustic flavors and is medium to full bodied.
Panachi Peru - Out of stock until September -Grown in the natural forest canopies in the mountains of Peru, near the boarder of Ecuador. This coffee is fantastic with the bright fruit taste of dark chocolate, hints of caramel and nuts. It is smooth with balanced acidity and medium to full bodied. 100% Organic and Transfair (fair trade) certified. Sumatra Permata Gayo - Spicy, herbal aromatics, while emphasizing syrupy body and an acidity slightly higher than conventional Sumatras. 100% Fair trade and Organic certified.
