Fiddlehead Dark - Espresso
Our best selling coffee! It is deep dark, fruity, "caramelly", with hints of dark chocolate, great for straight espresso, a latte, french press or a drip coffee maker. 100% fair trade and organic certified coffee are used for this blend.
Fiddlehead Medium - Dark
Smooth medium bodied blend, with hints of citrus, floral, nuts, and a bit of chocolate. 100% fair trade and organic certified coffee are used for this blend.

* A note about fresh roasted coffee and storage once it arrives at your home The process of roasting coffee forces water out of the bean, causing it to dry and expand in the process. Some of the natural sugars in the bean are transformed into CO2 gas, and others are caramelized into the complex flavor essences that make good coffee. After roasting, the coffee continues to “de-gas”, emitting CO2 which helps protect the delicate flavor and aroma of the coffee. Oxygen moves in to replace the released gas, the first 48 hours enhances the taste of the coffee. Beyond the 48 hours, the coffee begins to stale as more oxygen moves in. It is important to halt the transfer of oxygen, to maintain freshness and flavor. Storing the coffee in air tight containers will keep this to a minimum.
